  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 3 ounces dried beef
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon onion salt
  • 1 ¼ teaspoons monosodium glutamate (MSG)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

    Directions

    Step 1 In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, dried beef, and chopped onions. Mix well, then season with onion salt, monosodium glutamate, and Worcestershire sauce. Form into a ball, and refrigerate.
