Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

FREE SHIPPING Policy

Order $45 or more to qualify for free shipping

 You receive free shipping if your order includes at least $45 of eligible items. Any item is eligible and contributes to your free shipping order minimum.

Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preference might affect your order's free shipping eligibility.

Free shipping requires including a U.S. delivery address in the 50 states only.

You may find geographic shipping restrictions apply to particular products.

Note: Some items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may not be eligible for free shipping.

If your order doesn't qualify for free shipping:

Orders with less than $45 have a delivery fee based on customer location.

A special product, order, or handling fee may still apply even if your order is $45 or more.

Shipment to US, P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Alamo Protein ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Alamo Protein is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
