Yes. Alamo Protein crunchy beef jerky is intentionally dried for a crisp texture. For freshness and storage, follow the instructions and date printed on your bag.

Store unopened bags in a cool, dry place. Once opened, reseal tightly and consume within a few days for best quality.

Bags do not need refrigeration when stored as directed. After opening, reseal tightly and follow the instructions on your package to maintain freshness.

Machacado is shredded dried beef made with beef and salt. Enjoy it straight from the bag or add it to scrambled eggs, breakfast tacos and your favorite dishes for savory beef flavor.

For us, clean label means starting with a simple recipe and explaining the ingredients clearly. Original, Original Smoked and Machacado list just beef and salt. Chili Lime and Chili Lime Smoked also include paprika, citric acid and cayenne pepper. Fire Rush, Blazin Hot and Extreme Blue use different seasoning blends that include artificial colors and flavors. Review each product’s ingredient list and allergen statement.

For us, extra-dried means removing moisture during drying to create a crisp bite and concentrated beef flavor. It is the process behind our signature crunchy beef jerky.

For a mild kick, choose Chili Lime or Chili Lime Smoked. For more heat, explore Fire Rush and Blazin Hot. Extreme Blue has bold flavor without the heat, as do the classic Original and Original Smoked options. Use the spice-o-meter to compare.

Yes. Our Mix & Match and Flavor Taste Packs let you try multiple flavors in one order.

Yes. We are introducing updated Alamo Protein packaging, so your order may include different bag designs during the transition. For ingredients, nutrition and allergens, refer to the label on the bag you receive.

During our packaging transition, 5 oz selections ship in 2 oz bags of the same flavor, totaling at least the weight ordered. Quantities are grouped by flavor: one 5 oz selection ships as three 2 oz bags, two as five bags, and three as eight bags.

Choose your flavors in one Mix & Match builder. For eligible individual 2 oz bags, add at least 3 to get 50% off one bag per order. At 7 bags, Buy 6, Get 1 Free provides the larger discount instead; the free-bag offer repeats for each complete group of 7. The half-price and free-bag offers do not combine.

Yes. The 2 oz Flavor Taste Pack contains eight bags, one of each flavor. At $9.99 per bag, the regular total is $79.92. Its automatic $9.99 discount makes one of those eight bags free: pay $69.93 per pack. No code or extra bag is needed.
