Alamo Protein Intelligence — End User License / Terms of Use

Alamo Protein Intelligence is an internal business intelligence application operated by Alamo Protein / Zuazua Products and Services, LLC.

Authorized use

Access is limited to users authorized by Alamo Protein. The application may connect to company systems, including QuickBooks Online, solely for legitimate internal business reporting, analytics, and operational management.

QuickBooks connection

A QuickBooks Online company may be connected only by an authorized administrator. The user authorizing the connection represents that they have authority to permit Alamo Protein Intelligence to access that company.

Read-only application behavior

The current QuickBooks implementation is designed to request reporting and company-verification information. It does not implement accounting transaction creation, editing, or deletion in QuickBooks.

Security responsibilities

Users must protect their login credentials and must not share OAuth tokens, API keys, passwords, cookies, or other security credentials. Access may be revoked at any time by Alamo Protein.

Availability and accuracy

The application may depend on third-party systems and APIs. Dashboard information should be reviewed against the underlying source systems when material business decisions require confirmation.

Changes and termination

Alamo Protein may update, suspend, or discontinue the application and may revoke access for security, operational, or compliance reasons.
