Alamo Protein Intelligence — Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 9, 2026
Alamo Protein Intelligence is an internal business intelligence application operated by Alamo Protein / Zuazua Products and Services, LLC. It is used to consolidate financial and operational information for authorized company personnel.
QuickBooks Online data
When an authorized administrator connects QuickBooks Online, the application may access accounting information needed to produce internal business reports, including Profit & Loss totals and company-identification information required to validate the connected QuickBooks company.
The application uses QuickBooks data for internal reporting and business analytics only. It does not sell QuickBooks data or use QuickBooks data for advertising.
Data stored
The application may store:
- The identifier of the connected QuickBooks company.
- OAuth access and refresh credentials in encrypted form on the server.
- Connection status and timestamps.
- Normalized financial summary metrics used by the dashboard.
- Synchronization status and error codes needed to operate and troubleshoot the integration.
The application is designed not to persist raw QuickBooks report payloads when normalized financial summaries are sufficient.
Service providers
The application uses cloud infrastructure and database providers to host the application and store authorized application data. These providers process data only as needed to provide infrastructure and application services.
Security
Access to Alamo Protein Intelligence is restricted to authorized users. Sensitive OAuth credentials are kept server-side and encrypted before storage. The application uses HTTPS and server-side access controls.
Retention and disconnection
QuickBooks connection credentials are retained only while needed to maintain the authorized connection. Financial summaries may be retained for internal business reporting and audit purposes, subject to Alamo Protein's data-retention practices and applicable law. A disconnected integration will no longer be used to request new QuickBooks data.
