Original recipe yields 2 servings

Ingredient Checklist
  • 2 oz Alamo Sun Dried Beed Machacado
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 4 large eggs
  • ¼  white onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato finely chopped
  • Vegetable or Olive Oil
  • Salt 
  • Tortilla (flour or corn)

Directions

Step 1 Turn on stove to medium heat and place 2 tablespoons of vegetable or olive oil on medium/large pan. 

Step 2 Add chopped onion, tomato, and add to the pan. Stir as needed for about 5 minutes until softened.

Step 3 Add Alamo Sun Dried Beef Machacado to pan and mix with previously added ingredients.

Step 4 Add 4 slices of ham and mix with previously added ingredients.

Step 5 Crack eggs into pan and mix. Stir until fully cooked.

Step 6 Enjoy the delicious machacado with warm corn/flour tortillas of your choice.
